Wotai is a
stunning black and red German-bred,
Long Coat German Shepherd. In
Germany he might be known as a long
haired German Shepherd.
Dark, deep red
and black pigmentation that is
well-known in the West German lines.
Never ‘washed’ or faded.
Pigmentation is VERY rich and robust
and it carries into his progeny,
including those mainly black. Those
with markings on legs or outside the
saddle area will become darker in
pigment.
Longhaired
German Import. Impressive Pedigree.
Fabulous Long
coated German Shepherd, son of a
2006 Bavarian Champion.
Stunning Long
Hair German Shepherd, grandson of a
very famous 2003 German World
Champion.
Wotai’s Long
Coat German Shepherd parents are
both titled, SchH3 and VPG3 and we
are proud to have the opportunity to
have him in the Vom Haus Dettmer
breeding kennel!
Superior long
coat that makes this breed majestic
and unique in nature.
He is stunning
to the eye!
He is
significant in presence and size.
He has a huge head and thick bone,
yet he carries himself with a far
reaching gate and fast moving
thrust.
Sound
temperament with a love of nature
and people.
LOVES to swim,
hike, play and be ‘with his
people’. Large in size, yet plays
like a puppy! He can’t find a stick
too big to carry, a lake with too
much water or too cold, and a ball
too colorful or squeaky to get your
attention! You can almost see him
‘smiling’ when it’s time to play.
A well-bred
German Shepherd, who takes his job
seriously.
Smart, loyal,
dedicated and very watchful of his
home. His presence is enough to
keep most people from moving too
close, but his fierce bark will move
them backwards – quickly!
Well-balanced
for an intact male and is social to
people and other dogs. He goes to
‘town’; plays ball with the ‘pack’
and attends an annual fundraising
walk for the local Humane Society,
with thousands of dogs and people
present.
Will serve and
protect. Has met my hubby coming
home from the dark woods a few times
and protected his momma from the
‘intruder’!
Low to medium
drive.
Passes
excellent qualities to progeny;
versatility with less athletic-bred
females, bone as well as
pigmentation, and compliments
companion-considered temperaments.
Has the breeding to perform at
titled levels.
Possesses no
typical intact male German Shepherd
aggressive, lunging, attacking
traits.
Thick, large
bone with a massive size, way above
standard.
Natural
instinct, with natural play drive
and training qualities.
Very athletic
for his size.
Superior
performance and champion pedigree.
Very social
and loyal canine companion.
Average weight
is maintained near 120.
Exceptionally, tall. Wotai was not
bred for size, nor was his size
considered as ANY factor in keeping
him for our breeding program! He is
larger than his parents and siblings
and abnormally larger than expected!
