Chevis is a
majestic Long Coat German Shepherd
West German Lines Import. He holds a
superior German pedigree. To some, he
might also be known as a Long Haired German
Shepherd. Chevis also carries a short
coat German Shepherd gene. If bred
correctly, he can produce short coat German
Shepherd puppies.
Chevis's
pedigree includes some of the most famous
German-bred German Shepherds ever known -
from the famous Wienerau Kennels. You

internet!
Not only does
Chevis's pedigree contain some very serious
performance titles in its history, his very
own temperament stands by itself.
This Long Coat
German Shepherd IS regal, friendly and
loyal. He has all the natural Long
Coated German Shepherd traits. A
superior, natural-bred athletic ability, a
keen sense of his territory and a true and
loyal companionship! Chevis is a true
and devoted friend!
Chevis has a
high play drive, yet the ability to be a
faithful lap dog when the play is ended.
He makes a GREAT fireside partner!
He is true to
his 'game', yet holds an unconditional
devotion to his 'Master'.
Chevis is a true
Long Coat German Shepherd, loyal to his
breed standard.
Chevis has a
beautiful Long Coat, with deep rich red
pigmentation. He is not washed out tan
and black in coloring or faded. He has
true West German Shepherd qualities.
As a loyal and
level-headed Long Coat German Shepherd
puppy, Chevis grew to a sound and stable
young adult. He seeks human
companionship and does well around other
dogs and people.
Chevis has been
attending annual charity walks for local
Humane Societies for years, where there are
over thousands of people and dogs present.
He holds nothing but a happy-go-lucky
nature. He loves the attention.
This Long Haired
German Shepherd plays in a pack of dogs,
both males and females, chasing balls and
toys and is a powerhouse of a dog. He
NEVER quits until the game is 'called'.
He is happy and eager to be with his canine
friends.
Chevis is
non-aggressive and never instigates fights,
but does take on the challenge of a good
ball game. You can see him on the
athletes page giving all he has to 'win'!
He is EXTREMELY athletic!
Chevis is sound
and is not hyper, aggressive or anxious when
walking or entering strange places. He
takes things in stride. May be
cautious of new things, but ALWAYS willing.
Walks down the busy highway with no sense of
care!
Our Long Coated
German Shepherd "SHEP" is a joy to be around
and has done a fantastic job in the
obedience ring. He carries no 'common'
male aggressive traits such as lunging or
attacking and is very obedient when around
strange dogs or people.
Shep has a very
large bone structure, big square head, a
fantastic ear set, (proportionate to his
head/small and square), with a broad, square
snout - not long or "Collie" sized!
Has little
angulation. With a long, square back.
Large bone, deep chest and large frame.
At this time,
our Long Coat German Shepherd Chevis weighs
98 lbs with weight being of no emphasis or
factor for keeping him in or out of our
breeding program!
